CELEBRITY VOCAL COACH - This week our guest is JEANNIE DEVA. Jeannie is an international performer, celebrity master vocal coach, clinician, and trainer of voice teachers. She is the originator of The Deva Method®, A Non-Classical Approach for Singers. As a recording studio vocal specialist, she has been endorsed by engineers and producers of, amongst others: Aerosmith, Elton John, Bette Midler, The Rolling Stones and Fleetwood Mac. Seen on E! Entertainment and TV Guide Channels, Jeannie has been a celebrity guest interviewed on talk shows in both the US and Venezuela. Her client list ranges from Grammy Award Winners and American Idol Finalists, to singers for: Christina Aguilera, Elton John, Celine Dion, and Stevie Wonder, members of the J. Geils Band, Foghat, Patty Griffin, leads in Broadway’s "Wicked" and "Grease" and members of the touring cast of "Color Purple" and "Lion King." Among the thousands of singers who own her “Contemporary Vocalist” book and CD's are: Patti LaBelle and Robert Plant. There is a growing network of certified Deva Method teachers on East and West coasts of the United States as well as one in Sydney, Australia. Jeannie's private voice studio is located in Los Angeles.
