AMERICAN IDOL VOCAL COACH & MUSICAL DIRECTOR - This week our guest's are Peisha McPhee and Michael Orland. They are know as the "Dream Team" behind the scenes on American Idol. Peisha McPhee is an internationally renowned singer, vocal coach and mother of the multi-talented Katharine McPhee. As a vocal coach for Fox’s hit TV series American Idol, Peisha is responsible for helping contestants deliver their optimum singing performance onstage and in front of a national TV audience. Peisha’s students have gone on to perform on Broadway, star in blockbuster films and on hit television shows, and WIN American Idol. Michael Orland is a Vocal Coach, Songwriter, & Arranger. He has become one of the nation’s most acclaimed concert and theatre musical directors and holds the prestigious position of Associate Musical Director for the hit TV show, American Idol. A world-class performance and singing coach, Michael has worked on every season of American Idol, as well as multiple seasons of: America's Got Talent, and hundreds of Broadway Shows. He has trained and accompanied thousands of artists from: Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson, Chris Daughtry, Adam Lambert as well as very American Idol winner.
