I'm Ann Corbyn, your crossover coach here with this week's episode of The mind body spirit connection. You are a complex being composed of 3 parts. Just those 3 parts, mind, body, and spirit, working together in harmony, and upscale your life, I'm here to show you how. Hello. Hello. Towards the end of my well, a recent podcast.

I briefly mentioned vibrations, but it was right towards the end Anne essentially at the time, I was talking about the body and taking care of it and boosting immunity, boosting natural immunity by eating the right foods, and so on and so forth.

So it occurred to me when I was thinking about my topic for today, that a bit of detail about what vibrations are, and why should you bother about them, what's more, how you can affect the rate at which you vibrate Anne how this will affect not only you, but also the people around you. And once you know about this stuff, it's just so obvious, but more than that, you might find that it gives you a rather different perspective of the world and the people in it.

Now, I don't propose to go into a great deal of detail right now in a short podcast like this, but if you'd like a bit more depth on vibration, it's covered in my book the crossover coach, plus, of course, loads of related subjects. And there's absolutely tons of information online. I suggest you go to YouTube and look up Abraham Hicks Anne vibrations Anne you will be absolutely spoiled for choice. She goes into masses of detail. Now there was a song release in the 1966 called Good Vibrations.

Can't swear to it. I think it was the Beach Boys. I should have looked that up in advance, but I didn't. But, there was a comparable song released, in the recent past, between 5 7 years ago by Farrell Williams called Happy. And it's really difficult to listen to either of those two songs without feeling your mood rise. And your mood rises because your vibration rises. So these are what you might call practical demonstrations of the principle.

There were lots of power ballads in the 19 eighties, I I was quite in to pop in the eighties. So I remember those songs possibly best. There was the power of love Anne other titles don't actually pop into my mind at the moment, but there were loads of it was like a genre. Power ballads in the eighties. And you know how when soldiers are marching long distances by on foot, obviously, they're marching. To keep their spirits up, they generally sing some kind of A Anne that everybody knows.

It's really basic. You don't need to think, but they get into the vibration, and they can keep going a lot longer. It keeps their mood up but going back to the 19 sixties, when I say 19 sixties, it might cause you to think about flower power and the hippie movement, and California, and all these strangely dressed people with long hair, of course, calling out Peace Anne and, you know, waving both hands around with that, piece some more Or is it just me that thinks of the sixties in those terms?

But when I was at college, we still used to talk about those people, the hippies, and that movement, and peace Anne, and vibes get into the vibe. It was a kind of a jokey thing that we did, but I'm, honestly, now I believe that those American new ages were onto something, which to be honest, all of us had absolutely no idea about. But to summarize very quickly, everything in existence is just energy. Absolutely. Everything Whether it's alive or dead or what we used to call never alive at school.

In other words, in Anne, It's all vibrating just at different rates. You wouldn't think that a rock was vibrating, but it is. Everything in nature Whether it's living or not, everything has a vibration Anne something that's dead. Well, yes, you wouldn't think it's vibrating, but it is because that's what decay is changing from one form into another. It's a very low vibration, but it's still a vibration.

Another word for rate is frequency, and that might possibly make you think of radio signals and TV signals. In the old days before digital, you used to turn a dial on the radio Anne on old TV sets as well, you would turn a dial to select the right station or the right frequency. And it was using a scale of numbers, and you would select the wavelength where your desired station was transmitting. So in terms of radio, there was AM and FM. FM stands for frequency modulation.

And AM was amplitude mod modulation. FM was also referred to as VHF. Meaning very high frequency. And there was also UHF, which was ultra high, frequency. And that was the old Anne TV broadcasting system. You might also recall CB Radio CB standing for citizen band where a few, gigs would drive around in cars with very, very long aerials, and they would have their own handle. And of course, there was a very famous film that popularized this CB radio thing, and that was convoy.

And, It was a song that came out first of all, and they designed the film, which starred Chris Christofferson. It's a real fun film. It was all about, it was anti police, a bunch of truckers who were being harassed by the police, but, yep, I'm going completely off topic now. So the police themselves had a communication system.

Where they developed the habit of speaking in code because anyone who knew what they were doing could hack into the wavelengths that they were using Anne of course, their conversations, therefore, were never secure. So, the rest of us learned the odd code, like 104, which meant, yep. Okay. Fine. Now mobile phones, mobiles in the UK, cell phones, just about everywhere else, are massively more advanced, but they're still transmitting over frequencies.

And what's amazing, really, is that it's incredibly rare nowadays to get a crossed Anne. With a mobile that is It used to happen all the time with landlines, especially in Africa, where I grew up, and the equipment was a little bit perimeter to say the least. Anyways, so what? I wasn't intending to get sidetracked with the techie stuff. Just to point out that the space we're living in has millions of available layers or wavelengths or frequencies, and you are Anne energy.

You want your vibration to be as high as possible within those frequencies. Anne you've got the choice because the world looks a lot better the higher you get up, the frequencies. And the law of attraction says that you can't attract something, which is in itself, of high frequency unless you're vibrating in the right space yourself. So How do we raise our frequency?

Well, the difference is very noticeable when you compare being in the presence of a long term misery guts with encountering someone who is happy and fulfilled and almost bouncing around. The joyful person will be radiating positivity. Anne sometimes if your vibration is much much lower than theirs at that particular time. They can really annoy you, but anyway, that's just a comment. Think of somebody vibrant like Oprah Winfrey, Richard Anne, Tony Robbins.

In fact, most people who are delivering Corbin, whip themselves up into a higher vibration before they come on stage, because then they're going to have much more impact. And what's more, they will whip the audience into a higher vibration as well. Because unless the audience is vibrating above a certain level, they are not gonna be persuaded to buy anything that the speaker has on offer. Now We label people as energetic or lazy. Anne, well, it's obvious which type has the higher vibration.

Anne vibration. Well, it's just energy. Happy healthy people have natural energy, and they're usually moving around, engaging in some sort of activity, and their emotions will be ranging from Love, that's the highest vibration, joy, gratitude, confidence, enthusiasm, down as far maybe as hopefulness, but by the time we descend to ambivalence, for example, vibrations are already getting a bit too low to be good, and the lowest of all vibrations is fear. Anne down here, you'll also get grief.

Disappointment, guilt, remorse, doubt, sadness, and even anger. And down here, we feel like victims of circumstance. It's always everybody else's fault, and we have no motivation to take steps to improve the situation we're in. Or even to push back and stand up for ourselves.

And religious and education systems The leaders of those Anne, of course, governments, they're well aware of this Anne where feasible, they will use the media to progress their own agendas, which is why I strongly recommend that you spend as little time as possible watching the news because it's not the news, haven't you noticed nearly every day? Well, definitely since COVID Anne, Every bulletin is roughly the same. There and there's minimal international news.

Your best plan if you really feel that you Anne keep up to date is just to watch the headlines Anne then leave it at that. Turn off and watch something a bit more Anne lightning. Most of what we see on TV is really biased. It's not only something that you get in 3rd world countries. It's a very clever and insidious means of conditioning the population. And if you don't think it's working, just consider those queues of people, lining up to get their boosted booster jabs.

Anne, of course, this advertising, we all know that that's brainwashing, but at least it doesn't pretend to be anything else. In terms of how raising vibrations can do a great deal of good, there's a UK charity which was established in 1994 called look good, feel better. And it now operates Internationally. Anne it was set up to help cancer victims regain their confidence and raise their spirits.

In other words, their vibrations, because after months of treatment, frequently, their appearance has been absolutely ravaged They don't just lose their hair. Their their faces change, that their eyes kind of get sunken in. Well, there's no need to go into detail. Anyway, Look good, feel better, holds makeup classes where trained people, trained makeup artists, Give their time for free. Makeup companies give old makeup. Well, you know, slightly out of date last season's makeup.

They are donated, so everything's free. And these ladies sit around a table for an afternoon, and they are guided how to, you know, dress up the way they look, and they probably haven't done that for months, and nothing makes you feel better. Than looking better. So, the patients at that my goodness, this thing's been going for years. Patients rec report dramatic improvements in their mood and spirits Anne as a result of that, they get better, faster.

It's a clear example of how steps can be taken by doing something practical to raise vibrations. And of course, when you're vibrating higher, Your body is more inclined to heal itself. Never forget. We were designed to heal ourselves. So it's clearly necessary to upscale your vibration when you're aiming for attraction and resonance, actively raise it using any means possible. Anne of the best ways is to recall a happy memory.

Anne, oh, I don't just mean, you know, the day you got a kitten, whatever, think something dramatic.

We've all had dramatic occasions in our lives, like When you, why are you you graduated, or when you passed an exam that you didn't think you would have passed, perhaps when you got engaged or the day you got married, most people remember that, and they remember how great they felt, or perhaps when the first baby arrived Think of a memory that really means something if you want, at a moment's notice, to tap into your own. Highest vibration.

Spend time watching, you know, make a collection of uplifting videos. There's there there are millions of them on YouTube, but the ones that denote some kind of success There are some fabulous dances, to really uplifting music in the strictly come dancing videos. And if you can think of any competitor over time, look them up and oh, there's there's almost too much to choose from. Have a playlist of uplifting music. Anne, okay, if you don't want to do that, Go outside. Go for a run.

Take a walk in the sunshine. Okay. That's difficult in the winter in the UK, but Just get some fresh air. Change of scenery. Anne kind of walk in nature is beneficial. Anne, oh, heavens, if those options aren't practical, go take a shower. Dress up. Put on makeup if that's appropriate for you, but take any means possible to raise your vibration. Anne that's all I have to say for today. Just a reminder, if there's any topic that you would like me to cover in these podcasts, do please let me know.

I'm waiting to hear from you. Wraps up the Mindbody Spirit Connection for this week. Let me know, please. If there are any subjects that you would like me to include in a future podcast, join me, same time next week, or connect with me anytime. On social media.
