Hi, Anne Corbin, your Mind Body Spirit Mentor. I'm here with this week's episode of the mind body spirit connection. You are a complex being composed of 3 parts, mind, body, and spirit. Just get those 3 parts working together in harmony Anne upscale your life. I'm here to show you how.

I feel that I should perhaps warn you, especially if you're a new listener that this podcast gets just a little controversial in the second half, so if you're happy in that comfort zone and prefer not to think about what's going on around you. Well, I'd say it can can you only with that warning in mind?

There is a great awakening underway at the moment Anne probably for the majority, it's fair to compare that awakening to getting up in the morning Not when you've allowed yourself to wake naturally, but when your body is not ready for it You've been jolted out of a comfortable sleep by your alarm clock or phone or even somebody ringing the front doorbell. In the last case, you have to make an instant decision.

Do I ignore it, or do I leap out of bed in my half awake state and find out who on earth is out there and what on earth do they want. If you use the phone, then you have a choice Do I hit snooze Anne have another 9 minutes in La la land, or do I bite the bullet and get up? And if I choose to snooze, do I get up at the next noisy awakening, or do I press snooze again? And repeat the process. 21st century problems. Indeed, but at least there is a choice. And you know what?

It's actually a good plan to make that choice ahead of time. This is taking us back to habit and routine and subconscious training. If you decide that you will arise, the first time the alarm goes off, then you aren't confronted with making that decision when you're still three quarters asleep and in no mood to think rationally. That snooze wake snooze wake cycle can be considered a form of torture. Personally, I don't use my phone to wake me up.

The radiation from phones is definitely something to be voided. So I leave mine charging overnight in the sitting room, and I use my natural alarm clock to wake me on maybe that's a topic for another podcast. Before I return to that headline of the rate awakening. Mayor, please ask listeners to scroll down and rate the podcast, leave a review if you liked it. It all helps with rankings, and so on. So when a soul comes to earth for human experience, we believe the soul has a plan.

Maybe it wants to learn some lessons. Interactive with other humans find a soulmate to share this life experience with and sew on. In that case, How come most of us live in blissful ignorance of this? Oh my goodness. I've just used Anne of the most misleading expressions in the English language. Ignorance is not bliss. It's just ignorance, and it's not good. But I know exactly why it popped into my mind, and I will expand upon this in just a few minutes.

Before that though, why are most of us unaware that we're more than just a brain on a stick, as I've heard it described. We're composed of mind, body, and spirit. In fact, we are spiritual beings having a human experience. I find that very comforting as a concept because it means that when we die, it's just the body that ceases to be, and the soul, or the spirit, goes on. So why do we forget all this as we're growing up in our human forms? Why do have to relearn it.

So many people end their lives without ever knowing. It seems that our entry into this world is really traumatic so much so that we separate that we separate out into those three parts the mind, the body, and the spirit. And until we get back together again and fully connected, well, just aren't going to experience a 100% of what our existence on the planet could be. In fact, That was another appropriate, choice of words. We will have an existence rather than a life.

Unless we reconnect those 3 parts. So waking up to what's possible and how it's possible is as I see it, Anne of the 2 great awakenings going on in the world right now. Firstly, we come to understand the interaction of mind, body, and spirit, the importance of vibration of raising your vibration and how much control you have. You can design your own life. You can reach your potential. You can transcend the programming which is being installed in you even before birth by other people.

But you have to work at it. Just knowing about it doesn't make you fully awakened and able to summon up seemingly magical powers. But it does make you aware Anne ignorance is not bliss. It's a prison. It's a state of mindless compliance with someone else's agenda. Being awakened allows you see what's going on around you that so many others apparently don't see. It enables you to ponder questions that maybe others don't ask.

Remember that wonderful quote, the quality of your life is determined by the quality of the questions you are Anne this is the other great awakening that's going on simultaneously Is this life some kind of illusion? And how deep does the programming go? We think we're free Anne that slavery has been abolished, but has it.

Look first at developing countries, where millions exist in abject poverty, just eking out a living, Anne then consider your own situation and your own country, especially if you're living in somewhere like the UK, Europe, the US, highly developed in other words, but reflect on the ever growing gap between the super, super rich Anne the incredibly poor. Even in a well fair state, more and more are reliant on food banks. It's disgraceful. In a rich developed country.

Anne suppose you're somewhere in the middle. Your master is probably debt. Consider your lifestyle. Suppose you have what's considered to be a good job or a career even. Aren't you continually worried about the mortgage or the rent Anne the bills which have just recently got nearly impossible, thanks to the crisis caused by a mix of COVID and lockdown Anne now war. What do you do with your leisure time? Or perhaps I should say, what did you before the lockdowns caused so many places to close.

Did your work leave you feeling kind of exhaust so that you spent your free time vegging out in front of TV or Netflix or playing silly games, I know when I was in corporate, it was a major effort to go out in the evening. I just didn't want to do it. When you think about it, how quickly did those lockdowns cause us to change our behavior. Did it ever occur to you that you were being manipulated, controlled, even?

Consider that word government, meant means mind as in mental arithmetic, or meant means a state condition, such as enjoy meant. Government obviously means to control, so government meant clearly means a state of control or maybe even mind control. Did you ever question the wisdom of locking up healthy people for months on end? This was a crazy idea straight from China. We were warned that people showing no symptoms. Could pass on this new virus. That was scary, but it was rubbish.

Asymptomatic transmission is a terrifying idea, but it was proved wrong very early during the restrictions, and they decided not to tell us because we might drop our guard. And actually start to think for ourselves. And also the concept of thinking for 1 self has been systematically suppressed in our society for centuries Probably in all societies, because there has always a ruling class who are protective of their positions and will take whatever steps are necessary to maintain their power.

All that stuff you learned at school, Did you ever question it? I bet you just believed it. I did. There are serious historians now telling us much of what we're taught at school is rubbish. You were not taught to think, were you? You were taught to memorize and repeat those so called facts, and you were rewarded for doing that well. Ridiculed if you couldn't manage it very well Anne punished if you stepped out of Anne, or even if you didn't do homework.

All you really learned at school was how to tow the line and not question authority. When they designed the curricular for the masses in the early 20th century, they wanted factory workers or civil servants they didn't want leaders. Certainly not thinkers. Well, you can't have too many chiefs and not enough Indians now. Can you? But the upper classes are taught differently.

The fact is that during 2 years of lockdowns, of Anne former or another, I have had the time to read, study, and investigate all sorts of fascinating information, and I resent wasting the 1st third of my life in education that intentionally didn't prepare me, really, for the next third of my life, which was doing what everyone else does. On that hamster treadmill working 48 weeks a year, making money for someone else, paying silly amounts of tax because I didn't know any better.

Do you know there really is a great deal more to say on this subject of awakening, but for now, time is against me. I think this is probably a good place to draw Anne end to part 1. And I will Corbin. I will record a part 2, assuming that some of you indicate that it might be of interest. So friends That wraps up the mind body spirit connection for this week.

Let me know, please, if there are any specific subject that you would like me to include in a future podcast, join me, same time next week, or connect with me anytime on so social media.
