They're offering to vaccinate children in London UK against polio because apparently they tested sewage in London and identified some polio bugs in that. Anne in late July early August, WHO declared that monkeypox was a global health emergency after exactly 5 deaths worldwide. And monkeypox has been around for years. So you can probably tell from the tone of my voice how seriously I'm taking all the health warnings Anne how concerned I am, not.
Actually, I'm much more concerned, indeed outraged that 5 young doctors recently died within an 80 kilometer radius in Ontario. Anne not only does nobody seem to care, but anyone investigating is stonewalled. And a top biological research scientist in Israel, a professor Shmail Shapera has suggested that the monkeypox outbreak could be connected to the MRNA shots Anne he has been totally censored Anne from Twitter. So to explain my take on all of this, firstly, COVID never went away.
It is and was a serious variant of the flu. Yes. I know that people died, but not in the huge numbers that we were told. Because the counting and the measuring were flawed intentionally so right from the start. Had it been a real emergency, wouldn't the government have been trying to reassure us and looked for good news to give us? Not try and terrify us into staying indoors and wearing masks and staying 6 feet apart and all the rest of it.
My honest view is that we should resist the fear Corbin. It isn't easy to rise above it, but It helps enormously if you're comfortable in your own skin with a level of awareness that allows you to see all the hype and the disinformation for what it really is because you have an ability to join the dots and to see how it's all connected. In a couple of consecutive podcasts much earlier this year, I spoke about the great awakening and how I see it happening on 2 major fronts.
Firstly, we, that is an increasing number of us, are waking up to the fact that we are more than just flesh Anne blood with a brain.
We're composed of 3 parts, mind, body, and spirit, and more and more is being taught now about how to connect all three successfully Anne thereby living life the way it's meant to be Anne not seeing it as a till you will struggle and not as something that we have to get through in the hope of eventually getting to paradise or heaven or at least something better than this.
And seriously, possibly as a result of that increasing ability, a significant percentage are recognizing how the world operates as a giant pyramid or even a structure of smaller pyramids making up the big one with the vast many being controlled by a very small few. And we talk about the 1%, but it's probably more accurate to say the 0.00 1%. Only it takes a lot longer to say, and it doesn't roll off the tongue.
I am very keen to introduce and explain these concepts of vibration and wholeness, higher self, energy, interconnectedness, and so on. To those who haven't up to now tapped into this fascinating knowledge, which isn't new, but it used to be reserved for the very few. Going back to the Mystery Schools of Egypt, these few would have been known as initiate initiates Anne now at gathering speed, this information is becoming readily available to anyone who wants to look for it.

I'm thinking it's appropriate this week since I began by talking about more health scares, that I should talk about the importance of diet in our daily lives. Anne when I say diet, I don't mean necessarily diet for weight loss or anything like that. I mean our overall general nutrition plans and eating habits.
Getting right down to basics, what we consume falls into 6 categories, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats cover the large things, and then there are vitamins and minerals Anne overall, there's water. All six are very important.
If you're a female, the chances are that you've been on at least Anne slimming diet in your life, and you might be quite interested in magazine articles about what foods are good for you, which ones are slimming and which are fattening, you're probably aware of terms like superfoods. And if you're a mum feeding a hungry family, you're probably concerned about satisfying, diverse tastes, with healthy options that don't cost too much.
There's more than enough to think about without even touching on the vexed subjects of fast foods, convenience foods, and processed foods. But that's where I'm going to start with a very straightforward suggestion. Cut them out. I also know how hard that will be for nearly everyone. Because our eating habits have evolved gradually over decades Anne we're nearly all too busy to eat properly. How many families manage to sit down for a meal at the same time even?
How many moms, or dads, of course, have time to cook from scratch. And there's always a balance going on how to fill up and satisfy healthy appetites with appealing nutritious foods Anne affordable ones at that. Food marketers discovered years ago that the taste of both sweet and fatty together is neon irresistible. Think chocolate ice cream, cakes, and biscuits, for example. This combination doesn't exist in nature, and yet we all think we can't do without it.
How often are kids bribed to finish their meal or they won't get any pudding or bribed to behave themselves for an hour with the promise of some chocolate or other sweet reward. Children grow up seeing rewards as unhealthy foods Anne fresh fruit, for example, as boring because it's good for them. There's even that argument between brown bread and white bread. I think these days it's more recognized that brown bread is at least it's got more nutrition in it than the white stuff has.
Basically, there is no point eating white bread Soft drinks should be banned out right. Sugar is vast slee worse for us than fat. And I recall reading somewhere that it can be hidden in foods under more than 90 different names. So beware, anything ended in o's, o s e is sugar under a disguised name.
It could be a natural one like maltose or lactose, or fructose even, which is fruit sugar, but very often it's a kind of a semi scientific name like sucralose and Oh, nothing to me tastes worse than that. It is super, super, super sweet. Watch those signs on prepackaged food that say sugar free Corbin indeed fat free, sugar free means full of artificial sweetener, and none of these are good for you.
They still tickle your sweetness loving taste buds So you aren't going to lose your sweet tooth by eating stuff that's sweetened with artificial sweetener. Anne some of them are actually carcinogenic, that's cancer causing, but they haven't been Anne. And why haven't they? A spotting, for example, causes holes in rats brains, but it's widely used in all sorts of supermarket products, fat free processed food. Would have no taste at all if they didn't replace the fat with something.
So what do you suppose they use? You guessed it? Sugar. Anne there's no need to remove the fat, at least not all of it. So check your labels. If you don't know what something means, the chances are it's not good for you. Preservatives and colorings, remember, have no nutritional value. They're just supposed to make the food last longer on the supermarket shelf. And make it look more appealing as you're eating it.
Humans are meant to be meat eaters not exclusively like cats are, but our canine teeth indicate that meat is supposed to be a part of our diet. As indeed it was millennia back before we learned to stay in one place long enough to grow crop as food. Personally, I'll go days without eating meat because I actually prefer vegetables and nuts and fruit, but occasionally, some real meat is just fine. And I am so suspicious of these plant based meat look alike products.
Yes. I've tried some, and they taste just like meat. I have read hair raising explanations for how this taste is acquired. And I no longer consume them. Let's leave it there. I also wonder if veganism isn't a step too far. It is extremely difficult to get the full range of nutrition required without purchasing. A raft of expensive produced for vegan. Supplements. As I wind this up, I'll say, one of the best things you can do is to drink plenty of water.
And even if you're feeling hungry, it could be that it's thirst disguised as hunger. So if you have a nice big glass of water or 2 even, you will, in all likelihood, discover that you're no longer hungry. Staying properly hydrated has all kinds of health benefits. It keeps you slimmer. It helps you digest all your food properly. It's good for your skin. It has anti aging results. There's nothing bad to be said about it.
Also, if you feel a sore throat coming on, chances are It's because you're dehydrated. I can absolutely promise you I have seen off countless sore throats. I suppose I get sore throats because I speak a lot, but water, water, water. That's how you see it off. No medicines, no chemicals, just water. Currently filtered tap water is fine. That's what I'm using. I think the advice will change when they fluoridate it. But, you know, I have an innate distrust of bottled water.
I suspect some of it is no better than what comes out of other taps, just not the taps in my kitchen, and how they've managed to con the population into paying more for water than they pay for milk when it's when water is something that's available for for free, it probably speaks to how terribly simple they know it is to sway public opinion.
