Today's episode introduces Quality Insights' new “Back to Basics QAPI: Infection Control” microlearn series. Quality Insights’ Quality Improvement Specialist Patty Austin, RN, introduces the series, which consists of four 15-minute microlearn episodes demonstrating how to improve infection control in long-term care using the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) method. Following the introduction, we will view Episode 1 of the microlearn series, “Intro to QAPI.” This is the Part 1 webinar in a four-part series.
