'QC That's Where' Chef Keys is bringing back the dinner table conversation

K.C. Ross has a background in law enforcement and a passion for cooking.
Founder of cookandcuffs.com, Ross, AKA Chef Keys, brings her favorite dishes to life, sharing recipes and the opportunity to have a Class-A dining experience inside a home.
And that's what she does. She prepares a custom meal for her guests, or goes into someone else's home and cooks for them in their kitchen. The goal, provide an amazing home-cooked meal aimed at fostering new experiences while fueling a conversation between her guests.
The cooking path has led her to hosting weekly cooking segments on KWQC TV, where she's able to share her recipes and passion for the art with the Quad Cities metro region.
Chef Keys says her favorite foods are seafood that come from the regions of Southeast Asia, some Italian cities, and Spain. She has a flair for creativity in the kitchen, attempting baked goods like citrus cake or a beverage like orange punch.
