At age 42, I started getting a lot heavier and much sicker. Nobody in the medical field told me that I needed dramatic changes in lifestyle and diet, so I didn’t change. I trusted the ‘system’ and I got stupid SICK. More medicines, but never considering my own responsibility in getting my body well, I just got sicker.
