This past Sunday, Ps. Aaron took time to help us learn how to BE STILL or better, help us to see and get honest with ourselves on why we struggle to BE STILL. 

We hope and pray that as you listen to this weeks message, you are encouraged, challenged and moved to take Ps. Aaron up on his challenge this week: 

Make room THIS WEEK to BE STILL, to pray and to get honest with God on where you are or how you are feeling, like really honest with Him. Let it all out and then after you do, after you let it out, take a nap! 😴
