Episode description

In this episode, our host traveled to Japan to meet, study, and learn from one of the most important associations dedicated to human resources development, especially in developing countries, to promote technical cooperation through training, expert dispatch, and other programs: AOTS, Association of Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships.

This was a unique experience in which our host was able to not only learn about a fascinating culture but also speak with one of the greatest teachers of this association with more than 50 years of experience.

Mr. Kazutaka Kogi, Advisory Researcher, has a whole world of experience and stories, which makes this episode fascinating.
