The 2022/23 NHL Season is here and it couldn't come a moment sooner. After much salary cap jockeying, all 32 teams are allegedly cap compliant.
Ryan and Arash get together this week to discuss the Canucks trade, the exceptionally young Montreal Canadiens and the flaws in the salary cap as salaries balloon up with assumptions of a cap increase in the coming years.
Ryan updates us on the Seattle Mariners, they introduce the properly named 'Sauce It or Toss It' segment, answer some great questions and play another round of PON trivia!
