Araba Assan is an early career public health professional who works at a non-profit public health organization evaluating programs related to tobacco control and prevention and asthma management.

Araba has experience in mental health education and maternal child health research. However, she has always been passionate about public health, and has been a fierce advocate on issues related to health equity and racial justice.
