Craig is a coach at Alchemy Crossfit in Hamilton, Ontario who has a passion for helping people become more mentally and physically fit. He has a unique skill set were he crosses his understanding of powerlifting, crossfit, and psychology to best serve his members.

We cover his personal coaching philosophy, why he thinks language is important, and how he has learned the most from his own personal failures. This conversation was awesome to have as we are always searching to find people in all areas of health that embrace a "human first" approach. Craig and the team at Alchemy do just that.
