Episode description

In this episode we chat with Claire, a third year student physical therapist and PRN Athletic Trainer. Claire discusses how growing up as a dancer introduced her to physical therapy after having multiple routine dance injuries. Having a military and police family background sparked her interest to help tactical athletes, amputees, and adaptive sports athletes in her future career. Claire talks about her involvement with the APTA Federal Advocacy Forum and why it's important to stay up to date on current issues in the PT field. We wrap up the episode with Claire's advice to current DPT students.
