Today we are joined with the founder of Home Health Mentor and Pain Free Performance, Brandon Smith! He shares his journey of finding physical therapy and public health, but his growth and development only continued from there. After learning his own lessons working as a home health PT, he wanted to teach and educate others about industry-wide disparities in healthcare settings that are not always taught in school. Within the same year of graduating as a DPT, he launched him Home Health Mentor course for clinicians in all types of settings. Brandon has helped individuals not only improve their professional growth but also help them gain the knowledge and insight needed to acquire higher salaries in their respective settings. Brandon walks us through the various experiences and systems of his own, from nutrition coaching, cross-fit/performance coaching, traveling PT, to current PRN and law school student! He discusses all of his experiences through YouTube and other social media platforms and continues to grow his business and future with his pursuit of a Law Degree. Despite graduating in 2018, Brandon shares incredible stories from the past couple years that has not only brought him to where he is now, but also how it shapes his future plans of business and development. He finishes up with his best pieces of advice for those graduating in questionable times, but also gives incredible insight into creating your own system no matter the circumstances.
