In today's episode, Gabby and Sarah what COVID-19 means for SPTs.  As SPT's we are having to deal with a transition to online classes  so we don't prolong the spread of this virus. Schools are becoming more adaptable to the situation so that we can continue with our daily lives as students. There are some positives take aways that Gabby and Sarah discuss. They  explain that we can take a step back to utilize self-care and do schoolwork at our own pace. We don't know how long this situation is going to go on for but at the end of the day we all just need remember to remain calm, take care of ourselves, and be cautious.
