She talks about how she saw a high prevalence of burn out in the profession during her clinical rotations of graduate school. This combined with wanting to stand out from other Physical Therapists led her to marketing. Kristen offers her advice to people who feel like they are stuck working part-time retail jobs and options for what else is available.
