Scientists are still learning about the nature and purpose of dreams, but there are a few things we do know.

When we are able to give attention to understanding dreams, it opens up the portal to access information from different realms. It connects us to our subconscious mind and to the universe to be able to retrieve information.

Dreaming has held significant cultural and spiritual importance in various ancient civilizations around the world.

In this episode we will discuss about what are the meaning of Dreams and how they impact our waking lives.

I am honored to have Dr. Antonio Zadra grace our podcast with his profound expertise in the realm of Dream Science. Dr. Zadra is a prominent authority in the field, Dr. Antonio Zadra is heading the largest Dream Lab in Canada, he serves as a Full Professor in the Department of Psychology at the Université de Montréal and conducts research at the Center for Advanced Research in Sleep Medicine (CARSM). Notably, he is also the author of the acclaimed book "When Brain Dreams."
