Episode description
Attachment theory in Psychology comes from the work of British Psychologist John Bowlby in the 1950s, who, at that time he was working as a Psychiatrist in child guidance. His experience led him to some observations that showed how a child's relationship with their mother/caregiver influences it's cognitive, social and behavioral development.
In this podcast, I discussed the 4 types of Attachment styles in Bowlby's theory and how we can (and we must) get over our insecurities that were created in our childhood.
