In this episode, Matthew speaks with Rodrigo Garcia.  He is a Nurse Anesthetist in Indiana that co-founded the Parkdale Center.  It is a treatment facility that caters mainly to impaired healthcare providers.  They discuss the causes, symptoms, and treatment of providers with substance use disorder.  The topics of stress management, health, and wellness are also examined from a societal standpoint and some strategies to address such difficulties.
