UVU extends men's basketball coach Mark Madsen in a five-year deal. Volleyball struggles as they lose to GCU and NM State. Men's soccer defeated Dixie State 2-0. Women's soccer defeats NM State and draws GCU. Men's cross country places second at Idaho State Open and women's team place third. Men’s golf finished third overall last week at the Colorado State Rams Masters. Women’s golf finished 16th at the Coeur D’Alene Invitational. Fardaws Aimaq posts on his story that he dropped from an XXL to an L over the offseason.
