News and Notes: Nathan Jackson and Nathan Farmer bring you all the latest events from the past week in UVU athletics. Men's and women's basketball both tip off the season. Women's soccer comes up just short in the WAC championship. Men's soccer begins conference tournament after capping off the season with a win at Cal Baptist. Volleyball has a rough span of games losing to GCU and NMSU 3-1. Wrestling kicked off their season going 3-1 at UNC Duals. Cross country will compete at NCAA regionals on Friday, Nov. 12, hosted by BYU at the Timpanogos Golf Club. Nathan and Nathan make their predictions for the Jazz slate of games this week as well as go over last weeks predicions.
