Prednisone and Lupron affect bone loss and bone growth. There are things you can do which your doctor may not be talking about with you. Get sunlight and take Vitamin D supplements. Take magnesium. Make sure you're getting enough protein. Do resistance training. Walk everyday. These are some of the things that will counterbat the loss of bone density.
