From a struggle with a severe stammer as a child to becoming fluent in 4 languages, Amadou has shown what it looks like to use the power of the compound effect in his life. 

Small, consistent action done over time leads to amazing results. His patience, confidence, and determination to succeed has helped Amadou do amazing things in his life and career. 

Starting as a low level employee at Disneyland Paris, Amadou recognized that if he was going to survive and thrive in his job at Disney that he would need to learn multiple languages. So he did! 

Amadou shares his tips and tricks for learning languages fast as well as his philosophy for growing a little every day.
