In our first guest episode of season two, we talk with Amanda Chamberlain about beauty and gender standards in business. We discuss how younger entrepreneur's can change the pace on hiring talent that don't fit into the 'status quo', whether that be tattoo's, colored hair, or the way someone dresses. 

Amanda is originally from Sturgis, SD. She spent a few years in Southern California, but now lives in Rapid City. I am a self-employed hairstylist working out of a booth rented space, focusing mostly on blonding, fantasy colors, and men’s cuts.
