the White City. Joe provides us a full tour through the thoughts and inspirations behind the songs in this new concept album about American serial killer H. H. Holmes. An album over a decade in the making, Devil in the White City addresses most of the major story arcs of Holmes in a way that only Joe Bailey could provide. His method of songwriting may have changed but he is still able to deliver interesting and engaging music that is able to take the listener places. Enjoy this palaver about a truly engaging record.
