63. Office Gossip Part 3: The Transition

Come listen as we say a fond farewell to BOB and meet Libby, the new rising star of the office!

This is just a reminder that if you feel stuck in a rut, you don’t have to stay. And if you feel inspired to be a breath of fresh air, you can be! It’s never too late to change. Through BOB’s and Libby’s respective journeys we get to explore:

• Moving on and ending on a graceful high-note
• An emphasis on respecting what works and discarding what didn’t

Evolution is a sign we’re alive. Change is the only consistent and inevitable constant. We can fight it, but it’ll still happen. And we’ll miss out on an impactful change that we actually needed; we’ll be without it longer. 

So how about instead of fighting the inevitable we embrace it, as BOB does. And honor what our path is, and also what it is not. And we get out of our own way, and the way of someone else who has new and exciting things to bring to the journey.
