I volunteered at my son's school to be lunch lady and it was from 10:00am to 1:00pm. 3 hours where all the elementary school kids from Kindergarten to 5th grade rotate through for their lunch. The job as a lunch lady is basically to sweep the floor and clean up after the kids so that when it switches from grade to grade for lunchtime the floor is clean.
