Tony chats with Roberto Salinas, Head of Business Development at LULA, they developed a tool called GAIL (Generative AI by LULA). Their conversational AI is meant to give time back to agents. Up to 60% of the time agents spend on the phone is spent on billing related questions that can be handled directly by GAIL. Overall, GAIL can take over all of those repetitive customer-facing tasks and give back time to the agents to focus on growing the book of business. GAIL can handle voice and text conversations.
