I'm Kevin McCullough and you're listening to Product Power Wow, a monthly podcast where I have big picture conversations with design and innovation leaders. I'm the founder of Plan, a product strategy consultancy in London that focuses on helping innovation leaders develop foresight, vision, and leadership. And I also write and speak on those topics.

Now I've been a podcast addict from pretty much day one, but the main reason I've finally got around to starting one myself is that since the lockdown years and the dip in business travel since, there's just fewer opportunities to meet up with leaders at conferences and events and step back from the day to day and reflect on the big picture questions. So that's why I intend to do in this podcast, we'll cover a range of topics, but we'll broadly fall into four buckets.

So the first one being domains. So we might look at the future of the home, for example, we might look at how to think about the future of digital identity. Second one being challenges, which will often be hot topics, like how to use and shape generative AI or how to move out of design's current doldrums. We'll also look at capabilities, like how to lead global teams or how to influence without direct authority. And finally, we'll look at careers.

So career stories and trajectories, how leadership roles are evolving, and also looking at new types of roles that leaders are taking on. So I hope this sounds interesting. for listening. And once you've listened to one or two, I'd love to hear your feedback on topics or guests you'd like to hear from. So please get in touch, tell me what you think via email or LinkedIn. My email address is in the show notes. So until next time, goodbye.
