In This Episode: Covid Protocol Filming Tips
Sister Christian and Lawrence give their tips for filming under current Covid Protocols. We all know the AICP gold standard Covid safety guidelines, but navigating those on a real job can reveal many unanticipated surprises.

Sister Christian's Tips:

• Expectations - Start managing everyone's expectations from the start. Not only Agency and Client, but also your crew's expectations. In turn, express your expectations to your crew regarding their behavior which in turn affects everyone's safety.

• Communication - This is key to a successful shoot. Your communication with all departments needs to be much more thorough, detailed and nuanced.

• Guidance - You are the Head Honcho! You need to guide the folks who haven't yet been on set since March, and show them that there is a safe way forward.

Lawrence's Tips:

• Booking Crew, Talent & Extras - Many health questionnaires have travel clauses and many crew and talent travel between jobs. Layout your company policies and expectations to everyone you book.

• Testing Plan - Come up with your plan early, and get everyone on board with the plan so you can move forward with confidence.

• CCO/CCA - Give your Covid Compliance Officer/Assistant the authority and control they need over all things Covid related.
