Sydoney Taylor- "A Peace of Grief"

On today’s show we welcome mother and host of “A Peace of Grief” podcast, Sydoney Taylor. Sydoney lost her eldest son Benjamin in September of 2020, and she lovingly shares with us about this unimaginable loss, and how she found ways to cope, and find meaning after Benjamin's passing.  Sharing these stories always asks a huge amount of vulnerability of our guests, and we want to extend extra gratitude to Sydoney, and really acknowledge the bravery it takes to publicly open up about such a deep loss, and one that is so recent. This was a mind blowingly beautiful conversation, and urge everyone listening to tune in to Sydoney’s podcast, it is just as bold and beautiful and brave as she is.
