This week, we’re absolutely droolin’ for DICK…Philip K. Dick that is! We’re double-dipping on Anthony Peake because he’s just that interesting. His Cheating the Ferryman theory and Daemon / Eidolon Dyad hypothesis have become an obsession here in the Probing world, but this episode of “OpenMinds” (bad name) is interviewing Peake about the award-winning sci-fi author of Blade Runner, Minority Report, and The Man in the High Castle (to name a few), whom he has written his own book about (that Joey is currently reading). Basically, he thinks Dick is a perfect example of his CTF theory and Daemon / Eidolon dyad. Because Dick was such a prolific writer, Peake has a billion factoids and nuggets to put together a pretty compelling case that Dick actually was a pre-cognitive individual due to having a Daemon in the form of VALIS…even to the point of seeing his own death.
