Jacob started coaching in 2013 and have had success across the full spectrum from sprinters to triathletes and from cyclo-cross racers to sportive riders. The athletes he has worked with have benefited greatly from his experience within the sport whilst applying a rigorous need to improve and optimizing their performance through the application of scientific literature to achieve the maximum return from an athletes ability; whether it be to achieve a PB or to compete at the World Championships, the principles are the same.
