I was sleeping on somebody's couch, and I snuck into an audition at Sony Studios and told him I was a courier. And I just so happened to be the right person at the right time for this role that they had been looking for and couldn't find it on a pilot called the Kennedys, ironically

But I got that pilot.

It got me a car and my new apartment and all of this stuff. But then after that, I wasn't booking anything because I just kept losing the rappers. You know, I'll be close for movies, I'll lose to a rapper. But I continued to do stuff in television, and I think when I did Swap, that was a big look for me.
