Club, you're doing you know, you're on tours.

Still, you're doing all these different like things. You're single or maybe you're not.

Well, first of all, last time we sat down in the private talk chair, we was in the West Coast. We were in make this in New York City right now?

You're not the only one that said those things. But I feel like my time in LA was really precious to serve a purpose. I met great friends, I have family friends a long time, So for me, it's like I missed that part of it, but you know, it runs its course. I feel like after the pandemic, for me at least, it never really kind of grew or went back to the LA that I kind of fell in love with. So for me, is I need to spread my wings elsewhere?

My family roots are in New York.

I was always something on my bucket list to kind of.

I guess honestly, I ran in high school. I wasn't in track and field in high school, but I have been as series as we're taking it now. It's a combination of things. I'm running one of my like one of the rappers that I used to grow up listening to who I used to go by, like his tape, you know what I mean. And now we're like running races together. So there's a lot that goes behind. There's

You know, and you know, so do you think that that was like kind of an inspiration that kind of sparked you to do it because you wanted to continue to grow that friendship and you saw like, you know, there's also for me. I feel the older we get is I need friends to challenge me, you know what I mean?

I need I can't be the smartest person in the room. It's like then, you know, what are we doing? You know, we.

They basically put the run club together and just we kind of were already moving through city to city, like before the running with Nori just Vegas, just making runs, and it just every other run we did just became more serious and more serious, and by the time you know it.

Yeah, there's a few of us that are, like, we're running like crazy mouths just for practice. And we've been ahead of schedule as far as training wise, like you're supposed to train I think eighteen weeks. We've been training for longer than that.

I also I feel like it's also a physical thing. I think it has to be mental. So how do you mentally propel yourself?

As much as athletic as I am, and I don't like to ever say like, oh I guess not that I can't do it, but.

Like there's ways to still do it and not like dissipate your body.

And it's about what you put into your body and the you know, the protein and the.

Timing and.

Like super high high protein, like for sure, and.

That thing is like when you're doing that, you also have to eat more in that in those settings. Yeah, that's one thing I like about her. She kind of tells us.

It's kind of like the opposite, you know, how you gotta when you're running that much, you could actually you know, have some sugar because your body needs it, like you know. So it's different, but I like it. I like the discipline of it, you know, health as well.

I say I've gotten wiser as I've grown with age.
