Interview with Eddie Campa a retired Police Chief out of El Paso Texas. Eddie talks about the No Colors No Labels Initiative he designed and implemented in 2015. This work earned him in 2017 the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian of the Year award from the NAACP. Eddie's latest work is his new book Unmasking Leadership: What They Don't Tell You.
