Wrongfully Convicted: Ryan Ferguson

Ryan Ferguson was only 17 years old when a man named Kent Heitholt was killed in Columbia Missouri. The murder was unsolved for 2 years, until a friend of Ryan’s named Charles Erickson (Chuck) started having dreams that he was involved in the murder of Kent, along with Ryan. By 2005 Ryan was convicted of murder and sentenced to 40 years in prison. Let’s chat about this case and all the crazy twists and turns that happened, crooked prosecution and how eventually with the help of his father, a dedicated attorney and the wrongfully convicted advocacy community, Ryan was freed from prison.
