In this episode we talk about what professionalism means in the dramatic arts, and how to cultivate joyful workspaces. We also talk about boundaries, and how to handle it when someone crosses someone's boundary in scene work. Siobhan walks through a framework for addressing and handling accidental boundary crossing in scene work.
