We think that being able to thrive while living abroad requires a lot of independence. This episode we discuss why we love being okay on our own and how we try to maintain that feeling. We also touch on how hard it can be to continue being independent, especially after big life changes such as a breakup, the death of a loved one, or experiencing a mental illness.
