Phil's experience with high stakes, mission critical environments of the National Defense, Law Enforcement, Finance, and Public Utility industries has given him personal experience with being on, cultivating, and leading extremely high performing teams. The accumulation of these unique experiences have fueled a lifelong evolution of his personal philosophy of learning, creativity, servant leadership, team cultivation, and what it means to lead by example.
