Ep 15: Tarte Tatin Ups and Downs

 Martha Stewart is normally quite reliable, but this tarte tatin threw both our hosts for a loop. Find out who set off their smoke detector, and who had a sticky, liquid mess on their hands and required assistance getting it out of the skillet! Despite some temporary setbacks, our hosts march bravely forward and tackle blind baking and pie weights. They also introduce next week's baking challenge: a historical chocolate chess pie.
