Sally's interview with Shayla Plosko, mum from Canberra who started a petition to have maternity services policies and procedures updated according to latest research. This is in response to what she describes as being her son's unnecessarily traumatic birth two years ago.

We first met Ritchie earlier this year when we played his interview recorded at the Midwifery Today Conference in Byron Bay in November 2014. Ritchie is an officer in the navy and is looking to make the career transformation to homebirth midwifery next year.
