Religious and Spiritual Friends

Carol's experience with old friends from her days in traditional religion has made her notice that some are inclined toward judgement and even rejection when she talks about her new perspective. Rev. Bill suggests that this could be an assumption - a person's unspoken desire to know that someone agrees with their world-view and beliefs before being willing to engage in a relationship.
