It can hep you find out how much you should be earning and, according to research is a useful early warning of things that might be wrong with a company.

Like any review site, you can’t 100% trust everything you read there but it might be worth a look if you’re in the market for a job or if you’re an employer and want to know what your staff think of your workplace.
