Episode description

Ansley Booker, Ph.D. is a native of Eatonton, Georgia, and is a 2003 graduate of Putnam County High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in biology from Georgia Southern University in 2008, where she was a Ronald E. McNair Scholar, a Master of Science in pharmacy from the University of Georgia in 2013, and her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Mercer University in May 2019.  Dr. Booker was the previous Director for the Educational Opportunity Center (Federal TRiO Programs) and is the inaugural Director for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives at Mercer University. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
