Kristy Fercho talks MBA Servicing and the rise of MSRs

In this week’s extra episode, HW Media CEO Clayton Collins is joined by Kristy Fercho, the Chairwoman of the Mortgage Bankers Association and EVP and head of Wells Fargo Home Lending. She wears many more hats across the industry, including leading the Affordable Housing working group for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency REACh initiative.
