It's really shocking for people that never worked in a restaurant. A table is waiting and you want to deliver quality. I mean, chefs that are passionate get really crazy about it. But there is a line that sometimes gets crossed. The bullying, the abuses, and sometimes sadistic behaviors that go way beyond the line. That's what we want to talk about in this mini-series.
