people pleasing is so 2022

my whole life I have been a people pleaser and that comes from a really kind place in my heart, but when this is directed to the people who don't reciprocate - it can become quite draining. People know they can walk all over me and treat me like a mug, 2023 is the year to make a change by having the respect for myself to stand my ground and remember it doesn't make me a bad person (even though it might feel that way lol) we got this besties, you deserve to be treated fairly💕
