accepting every version of yourself to grow <3

I find it so hard to be okay with not being 'the life of the party' or if I don't have everything perfectly in order in my life.. in this episode I discuss the moments and realisations this week were I have felt, unorganised, sad, tired, confused, overwhelmed, upset and so much more! I unpacked HOW I have got my head around accepting every version of myself and im starting to see the growth that has come from this! <3 ily xoxo
